The purpose of this Notice is to inform users about the processing of personal data collected through the website www.endurancecoachingitalia.it.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES
The website presents athletic training and sports services. Data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Direct contact: if the user contacts the Controller using the contact details on the website (email, WhatsApp, booking a consultation via Calendly), the data voluntarily provided (e.g. name, email address, phone number and any data included in the message) will be processed solely to respond to the request and provide the information or sports services requested.
• Browsing data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses, times of visit). This data is used solely to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing of personal data is based on:

• the consent of the data subject (expressed by voluntarily sending communications or by choosing to load the external content described in section 5);
• the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures (where the contact is aimed at requesting quotes or information on athletic training services);
• the legitimate interest of the Controller (with regard to the technical management and security of the website).

4. HOSTING AND PROVIDERS
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which acts as a technical provider for delivering the pages and securing the website and may process browsing data on behalf of the Controller. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

• Website cookies: this website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted directly on the website, with no connection to external services. For this reason, no consent banner is shown.
• Members' area: the portal reserved for athletes and ambassadors stores the data entered (e.g. recorded races) only in the browser storage of the device in use (localStorage). This is a technical tool, necessary for the service requested to work; the data is not sent to our servers and can be deleted at any time by clearing the browser data.
• Map (Google Maps): the map on the Contact page is not loaded automatically. It is loaded only if the user clicks "Show the map": at that point Google may collect data and set cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• External links (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Calendly, Spotify, TrainingPeaks, Shopify and partner websites): these are simple links and do not set cookies until the user clicks on them; once on the destination platform, data processing is governed by the privacy policies of the respective platforms.

6. PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION
Processing is carried out using IT and/or electronic tools, with organisational procedures and methods strictly related to the purposes stated. Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, within the time limits set by applicable law.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
At any time, the user may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right to access their data, to request its rectification or erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent given.
