My education has solid academic and practical foundations. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science in 2021, I completed a Master's degree in Sport Science, Technique and Teaching with top marks in 2023. During those years I developed a specific passion for endurance sports, which I explored further through internships that showed me how essential science and research are to improving performance in endurance sports.
Eager to broaden my skills, I spent a research period abroad at one of the most prestigious centres in the world: the research centre in Trondheim, Norway. There I worked alongside a team of internationally renowned experts and was able to observe first-hand how they work with elite athletes, an experience that further enriched my approach to coaching and athletic preparation.
I firmly believe that continuous learning is a fundamental pillar for every coach: staying up to date with the latest scientific evidence makes it possible to apply ever more effective methods to optimise athletes' performance.
I mainly coach road running, trail running, cross-country skiing and cycling, with the aim of helping every athlete reach their full potential.
