Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Psychology and Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology. Former professional cross-country skier with over 10 years of experience.
As a sport psychologist and mental coach, I help athletes develop the mental skills that truly make a difference: self-confidence, managing performance anxiety, process focus, resilience and self-regulation.
My approach is practical, personalised and evidence-based: we start from your individual goals and work with concrete tools such as self-talk, visualisation, mental routines, emotional regulation, stress and performance anxiety management, and relaxation and breathing techniques.
This work can run alongside technical and physical preparation, improving the quality of both training and racing, and supporting athletes through critical moments (injuries, dips in motivation, external pressure).
